Day 1 Wrap

That's it folks we are done & dusted after 10 levels of play today, 456 players took to the felt and at the end of play we're down to 300 who will return tomorrow at 1pm, players will return to blinds of 600/1,200/150

Colin Johnson had the unfortunate title of being the first player eliminated today, losing the majority of his stack against three Queens he then exited a couple hands later running 88 into KK. Throughout the coarse of the day we had men in wigs/former players making a return/lost a former EDSPC champion in the form of Magnus Nasslin.

Marc MacDonnell who final tabled this event back in 2008 looks to be our suspected tournament chipleader with a stack of 266,000 dropping to a low of 20,000 at one stage it's more than a respectable finishing position, can be once again make it to the final table.

Chipcounts & Table Draws will be posted when received, until tomorrow catch you all on the flipside...
